I started investing in Real Estate in 1997 with the purchase of several rental properties. As I finished getting one of the homes ready to rent, I realized that if I just sold the property, I could make a pretty good profit! That began my path towards what is known today as house "flipping". During the market crash of 2007, I utilized my many years in construction by helping homeowners with their remodeling needs and today, about 40% of my business is in home remodeling.
In 2016, I became a Realtor and went to work for Remax (visit me). I wanted to use my extensive knowledge in the Real Estate world to help others sell their current home or buy their dream home! I believe in giving back, so in 2020 I decided to donate 10% of my commissions to charity (learn more). I pride myself on providing excellent customer service. I am always on hand to offer my support throughout the project, while keeping my clients informed of the progress made.
